Paul has over 20 years of experience in the Employee Benefits marketplace. Paul joined Eastern Benefits Group from William Gallagher Associates in 2004, where he was a senior sales consultant responsible for cultivating and managing some of the firm's largest clients. Paul's responsibilities at Eastern Benefits Group include developing new client relationships and serving as a resource for existing clients in all areas of employee benefits services. Paul specializes in working with mid to large-sized organizations in all areas of plan management: including plan design, cost effectiveness, plan funding, employee communications, and plan compliance.
Paul also spent five years with the insurance brokerage firm Mazonson, Inc. As Managing Director of their Employee Benefits practice, Paul was responsible for generating and servicing the firm's largest benefits accounts, managing all sales and service personnel, and handling all vendor relationships. Paul also worked at a number of insurance companies; most notably Delta Dental Plan. At Delta Dental, Paul was instrumental in developing and helping implement the company's performance guarantee program, Guarantee of Service Excellence . He was also responsible for selling and implementing Delta Dental Plan's largest customer of 33,000 employees.
Paul is a 1985 graduate of Williams College and a recipient of the school's Purple Key Award for leadership, team spirit, ability, and character. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program (CEBS) and is a member of both the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Paul lives in North Andover with his wife and two daughters.
