Patty Bean
Assistant Vice President, Sales Executive

Prior to joining Eastern Insurance, Patty managed several Fortune 500 401(k) plans for Putnam Investments and CitiStreet.  Partnering with senior human resource and benefit personnel, internal and external client counsel, as well as consultants, she provided a consultative and strategic approach to ensure competitive, ease-of-use, and low-cost platforms.  Patty also worked with small to mid-size clients at Aetna Retirement Services (n/k/a ING) where she assisted and worked closely with the owners on the many facets of total benefit administration.

Patty's responsibilities at Eastern Benefits Group include developing new client relationships for all their employee benefit needs from group medical and dental to 401(k).  Experience ranging from proactive renewal support and ongoing communication with her clients to employee enrollment meetings, Patty has some relationships that span more than 15 years. 

Patty holds her life, accident and health license, and her NASD Series 6 and 63.  She is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Women's Business Network.  She is also actively pursuing her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.  Patty lives in Marshfield with her husband and two children.
