Neal Doherty joins Eastern Benefits Group from EBA where he was a producing broker for over five years, During that time, he has been able to develop a significant client base by focusing on superior customer service, developing creative approaches to helping clients save on benefits and a quick response and resolution to benefits problems and issues. Before becoming a broker, he was the sales manager for EBA’s small business medical insurance product, the Colonial Benefit Plan with over 2,500 clients in Eastern MA and New Hampshire.

Previous to joining EBA, he worked many years in sales and marketing middle management for consumer products companies such as Gillette and AT Cross Pens.

Neal has been actively involved in raising funds for many years for the homeless and needy at Fr. Bill’s Place, Quincy, St. Francis House, Boston, Edith Stein Food pantry, Brockton, and My Brother’s Keeper, Brockton.

Neal served as an Army officer in Vietnam and a Peace Corp volunteer in Brazil. He is a graduate of St. Michael’s College, VT and resides in with his wife, Geri in Duxbury. They have three grown sons.
